Temperature Sensor Selector

Match a sensor assembly to its installation, temperature range and configured BAS input.

Quick start

Enter the installation, required measurement range and configured BAS input, then the candidate sensor data. Include transmitter power when applicable. Select Check selection; blank specifications remain unconfirmed.

Inputs

Enter requirements and candidate data. Leave unknown numerical ratings blank.

Selection inputs

1 · Application & BAS input

2 · Candidate sensor / assembly

Illustrative duct example: a Type III input and candidate, 0–50°C required range and a fictional −20–80°C assembly. These are demonstration values, not a product specification.

Selection review

Results compare the specifications you enter. No product database, model recommendation or manufacturer approval is implied.

How this guide works

Compare the exact resistance curve or active signal, assembly range, sensor-only accuracy, installation form and conductor count. For active transmitters, also compare the declared supply requirements. Unspecified information remains “Confirm”. A sensor element curve alone does not establish an assembly’s usable range or total measurement accuracy.

Signal and installation reference: Kele technical reference. Curve references: BAPI tables and platinum curve documentation.
